The day starts early at J&D Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. After grabbing my steaming coffee, I head to our morning briefing where we review the day’s service calls and installations. Today’s schedule shows two furnace replacements and one emergency heating inspection.

First Call – 8:00 AM

Our first stop is at a 1990s home where the homeowners have decided it’s time for a furnace replacement. The old unit has served them well, but rising energy bills and inconsistent heating have made the decision clear. We carefully remove the existing system and prepare the space for the new high-efficiency unit.
