The morning briefing includes going through our inventory of Bryant products and ensuring we have all necessary components for the day’s installations.
Customer Education – 11:00 AM
One of the most rewarding parts of our day involves educating homeowners about their HVAC systems. During a routine maintenance call, I spend time explaining to a customer how their Bryant system works and the importance of regular maintenance.
